Humans can't fly it's a myth. We fall. They say “step out in faith and maybe you'll fly.” But the truth is, gravity will always hold, and we fall. And sometimes we reach terminal velocity and we fall as fast as an object can. Humans can't fly it's a myth. We fall. They say “step out in faith and maybe you'll fly.” But the truth is, gravity will always hold, and we fall. And sometimes we reach terminal velocity and we fall as fast as an object can.
The question isn't weather we'll fall or not, it's will we have our arms swinging and screaming out the top of lungs trying to fly. Or will we turn out backs to the ground, our eyes to heaven knowing that He will catch us. I am typing this while I am driving down the road. I am driving with my knee. This is not an example of turning my eyes to heaven and trusting God. This is stupidity. Sometimes everything in us questions what we are doing. It is as though our mind is trying to scream at us saying “Turn back! Turn back! You've got no clue what you're doing!” But that's stupid. That's a lie. That is fear holding me back. I do know what I am doing. I am going to live my life unhindered. Sometimes we need to be noticed. Sometimes we need to be appreciated. Sometimes we need to be trusted.
